E.Proformance / Pre-Applied Methane Mitigation for Horizontal and Vertical

E.Proformance M is a redundant field-installed composite waterproofing, methane gas and vapor intrusion barrier for slab-on-grade, and below-grade pre-applied horizontal and blindside vertical wall protection. This system is specifically designed for projects being constructed within the City of Los Angeles, or Los Angeles County, E.Proformance M has the necessary approvals to effectively keep buildings dry and safe.

System components are as follows:

* e.drain 6000 (pre-applied vertical applications only)

* e.base 205, HPDE geotextile geocomposite with geotextile facing out

* 60 mil of e.spray polymer modified asphalt

* e.base 205, HPDE geotextile geocomposite with geotextile facing out
