Geo-Seal EV20

Geo-Seal EV20 is a comprehensive single-sheet vapor intrusion mitigation barrier ideal for sites where vapor concentrations do not necessitate more robust composite systems. It can be ideal for large wide wide-open buildings with minimal penetrations and/or sites desiring voluntary mitigation options. Geo-Seal EV20 is also a perfect complement to projects that seek to implement an active subslab depressurization (SSD) system to increase system efficiency and enhance the SSD system. Geo-Seal EV20 utilizes Geo-Seal CORE, which is applied within the Geo-Seal EV20 seam overlap, around pipe penetrations, and at termination points to eliminate the need for challenging tape. Combining a sheet membrane with detailing spray helps increase installation efficiency, is more weather resistant than taped seams, is faster to install, and ensures a robust seal in critical areas. Geo-Seal CORE seaming outperforms simple tape sealing methods, and all EV20 applications are smoke tested to confirm a full vapor-tight seal.
