Last week, the EPRO team headed to the IIBEC International Conference and Trade Show, which was out in Houston this year. There was a wide range of exhibitors, product demonstrations and attendees - somewhere in the area of 1,400 industry professions were present. People were from all over the east coast, ranging from the northeast through Virginia, and the EPRO Texas locals met quite a few from the region.
EPRO had the chance to catch up with familiar faces, meet some new ones, and give a few the chance to take the #PreTakChallenge and pull the bonded HydroLap seam apart. (Want a sample? Reach out, and your can try it for yourself!)
For those who don’t know, PreTak is a a pre-applied vertical and horizontal high-density polyethylene (HDPE) sheet waterproofing membrane combined with a pressure sensitive adhesive backing that mechanically bonds to cast in place concrete and shotcrete in both blindside shoring and underslab applications.
